How Zombies Made Me Hate Running Slightly Less Than I Did Last Week

I did learn a couple of things that I was able to tweak to get me to the point where I can say that while I do not (yet) take pleasure in running, I disliked it less than I did last week when I was questioning my peace of mind for offering for such an experiment.First of all, to those of you who recommended the Zombies, Run!
